My love for hummingbirds began four years ago in my backyard in California.  I had never seen them growing up in Massachusetts as a child.  I saw my first one when I put up one feeder in my backyard and the response was so great that I eventually had 22 feeders!  I become obsessed to say the least.  They became my good friends and my favorite past time hobby.  I would photograph them for hours a day.  

Hummingbirds are the most beautiful creatures I have ever seen.  I moved to New Hampshire a year ago and now I only see the Ruby-throated hummers, but I will continue to photograph them as I can't imagine not having them in my life.  Thank you for viewing my photographs.
